Meet the Founder

Mark was born and raised in Westfield, New Jersey.  He is a graduate from Westfield High School and The University of Hartford, located in West Hartford Connecticut.  At the University of Hartford he majored in Finance and Risk Management.  In college he was elected Vice President of the Finance Club and Vice President of the Insurance Society.  He was also elected to the Executive Board of his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon.

Mark started his career with Prudential Financial in Warren, NJ where he completed his Life Underwriter Training Counsel Fellow designation or LUTCF. Mark has successfully completed the Fairleigh Dickinson University Financial Planning certificate program. Mark has completed the rigorous education, examination, experience and ethics requirements necessary to becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Mark was ranked at the top of his peer group at Prudential Financial.  In 1995 Mark decided to join American Express Financial Advisors in Bridgewater, NJ.  At American Express Mark earned the Mercury award for production.  In June of 1997 Mark decided to become an independent financial advisor and not to be tied to a proprietary firm.  He believes this approach allows him more flexibility and a greater choice of options for his clients.

Mark is an avid runner and in 2007 ran the Disney Marathon and NYC Marathon, Mark also enjoys golfing. In October 2007 at the charity YMCA golf Outing Mark got his first hole in one.

Mark is married and has two daughters and a son.
